My steps are not updating

DashDuel reads your steps from Apple Health. Make sure you granted permission: open the iPhone Settings app, go to Health, then Data Access and Devices, select DashDuel, and turn on Steps and Distance. Then pull down to refresh on the home or duel screen.

What are gems and points?

Gems and points are virtual items used inside DashDuel to enter tournaments and unlock features. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.

How do purchases work?

Gems are purchased through the App Store. If a purchase does not appear, fully close and reopen the app so it can finish crediting. Purchase issues and refunds are handled by Apple.

How do I delete my account?

Open DashDuel, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. This removes your profile and associated data.

How do I add friends?

Open Add Friend to search by username, scan a friend's QR code, or find people from your contacts. You can also share your referral code so you both get gems when they join.
